October is the month for Harry Potter fans in Philadelphia if you’re looking to plan your fall trip!
On October 21 and October 22, Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia will be transformed for the annual Harry Potter Festival and Quidditch Tournament. This is a free event for all ages to enjoy and due to increasing demand, the festival is closing down traffic on Saturday so that a whole 10 blocks can be dedicated for Harry Potter fans.
The super popular Harry Potter Pub Crawl is happening on Friday October 21, where you can drink butterbeer and other drink specials with fellow Harry Potter fans in costumes! Tickets go on sale September 28th at 10am for $10 so make sure to save this date in your calendar!
Actors dressed up as Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Dumbledore will also be at Philadelphia’s Train Station to greet and escort SEPTA passengers to the Harry Potter Festival.
